The Romance in a Can Film Festival comes back to South Florida and WPBT2 is a part of it. The 2010 Romance in a Can Film Festival will take place in Miami from May 1st - 9th. A short film contest in partnership with Romance in a Can Film Festival will be open for High School and University students to enter. Cash and gift prizes will be awarded to the winners. The contest must be about love, but it can be about any kind of love; romantic love, friendship love, a love for a pet, love for a city, or even a hobby you love.
All the videos must be submitted by March 15, 2010. For more information on this contest, please visit http://www.romanceinacan.com. Each video will be judged on May 5, 2010 at Miami Beach Senior High School by a guest panel with 3D film animator Alejandro Atkin and Jessica Reyes, WPBT2/ uVu Digital Media Supervisor.
