What is your policy on content ownership?

Any video submitted to uVu by a registered user is subject to uVu's license agreement. By becoming a registered user, you agree to the terms of the license agreement, in which you provide a non-exclusive license to Community Television Foundation of South Florida, Inc., for use of your video clip submission. You retain all right, title and interest in and to the Material.

How do I report copyright infringement?

How do you prevent copyright infringement?

WPBT respects the rights of all copyright holders and in this regard, WPBT has adopted and implemented a policy that provides for the termination in appropriate circumstances of subscribers and account holders who infringe the rights of copyright holders.
